Pasting picture on a slide

Everytime when i paste a small picture on a slide all other pictures move and
resize in that same slide ?
Why some videos are not played by Power point though the file is located and
readable ?

Try this then:

Tools Menu > Auto Correct Options >Auto Format as you Type tab > UNTICK Auto
Layout for inserted objects

Video

Test the video by opening the mci using (in Windows) START > Run type in
mplayer2.exe
If it won't play here it won't play in PowerPoint

If it does the path to the video is probably too long?

John , concerning the Video part , i did like u advised and they are being
played there , still some videos are not being played on the power point ,
some others with the same format are being played . Its so weird , with no
reason it doesnt play , even when i click on it .
any options to solve that ?
