When I try to paste text from and Office document into an email document it
comes out with multiple formatting, different fonts, some underlined, some
bold. Is there a way to move text from Office to Outlook Express and have it
copy correctly? Thanks.

If nobody comes up with a better suggestion you could paste the material
into Notepad, copy it into the clipboard again and THEN paste into your
Outlook Express email. Relaying through Notepad should remove all formating.

Thanks. That is an excellent alternative.

Two suggestions.

1. (Using Word 2003) Highlight the text you want to copy, click
Format...Styles and Formatting. Click Clear Formatting, then right click
your selected text, click Copy. Then you can paste into OE. Then in the
Word document, click Edit...Undo Clear Formatting to put the document back
to it's original formatting, or close it without saving changes.

2. Use a clipboard manager like ClipMate - http://www.thornsoft.com It has
a button to strip all formatting from any clip. You can then use the
stripped clip to paste into OE. This is the method I use to deal with this
problem.
