I'm having a problem pasting from an Excel "template" to an Access Form. I've had great success with this process other situations, but for some reason this one is not working.
I can past from the Excel values to the form in Datasheet view for the form, however when I try and paste in Form view I get an error stating "The value entered isn't valid for this field".
I have the same number of fields in my form that I have in the Excel template, they are in the same order as the form Tab order, and I have checked that the formats (text, field sizes, numbers, dates) for the fields are the same between the Form and Excel. What else can I check to get this little bugger to work. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly.

G, I'm not sure how to accomplish what you are trying to do, but have you
tried importing the data to say a temp table and then run an append query to
add it to your table, or simply link to the excel file as you would a table?
Just a thought!
