Pasting from excel to access

! have 3 columns I want to paste into an access table.
A1:C3 and rows 1 to 100.
Is it possible to run excel and have a macro to open
an access table and then select the area and paste?

Not quite sure of your range reference A1:C3 and then some rows? But is you
go into access and select File>Get external data>link tables, you can link
the table into access, you can then build a query in access to get the data
in
