Pasting Excel Data in Word

When I paste one page of data from Excel to Word, it
expands to three or four pages in Word.

Does anyone know how to paste excel data without having
to reformat each column, row and cell? I don't really
care if the data links back to excel.

You could try the various options in Edit/Paste Special in
Word...
