Pasting, but leave hidden rows out

I want to copy a worksheet with multiple hidden rows and paste to a new
worksheet without pasting all of the hidden rows as well. How can I do
this?

Edit | Go To | Special | Visible Cells Only

Edit | Copy

new worksheet

Edit | Paste

Select the range you want to copy. Choose Edit/Goto/Special and select
the Visible cells only radio button. Click OK.

Copy and Paste.
