I have a table created in word 2000. When I copy and paste
it into PowerPoint it loses the right border of the table.
This happens when using the paste special as word object
and as picture enhanced metafile. The table is not running
off the page and is clearly in the slide boundaries. Does
anyone have any suggestions what may be happening here?

Does the border show up when you're in slide show view (as opposed to
normal "edit" view)?

No, it appears that the pasted image/object loses the
border in the paste operation.

Only think I can guess is that it's a size issue. We see this with Excel
files sometimes. http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00068.htm has the
specifics.

The conclusions there are:
1 (Office) XP has solved the Excel cutoff problem.
2 Display resolution has an effect in WinNT/XP but not in Win98
3 Win98 behaves like WinNT/XP in 1280 x 1024 mode

Maybe see if your display resolution has any effect?
