Paste unformatted text shortcut

WinXP Pro 2k2 SP3, MS PPT 2000 SP3

Is there a shortcut or a way to assign a keyboard shortcut to pasting
unformatted text? I use this a lot and prefer keys to mouse action. Actually
I use this in all my MS applications often, only excel gives me a button for
it, but no shortcut.
