Windows Vista "paste special" - "unformatted text"

Is there a simple way to add this exact command to a right click menu in Word or even better to a keystroke?

I use it all the time to preserve template formatting and not scew everything up but its not an immediately accessible function for rapid cut/paste operations?

Any ideas?
