PASTE SPECIAL: excel worksheet, edit

I pasted as above, a worksheet to PPT, perfect!....problem occurred when
editing. I right clicked on the worksheet within PPT - (Worksheet Object |
Open ) made the edits, then closed the sheet; when I looked at the sheet in
the presentation, one column disappeared and several rows, but I still had
plenty of room so that all the data in the worksheet should've appeared -
what did I do wrong?

Data that you have changed must be there in the excel.
But what is visible on the slideshow is the frame for the excel object.

Just double click on the excel object and enlarge the boundaries. You will
be able to see your missing lines and Columns....
