I'm looking for a general shortcut, not one limited to a
specific application. I use both Outlook and OE.
Then take the addresses you have, and follow those instructions in the "Help" files. You can either add them to your address book, then take those addresses, and make them a group, name it something you like, add them (that) to your contacts, then use that group in a "new e-mail" in OE and/or Outlook, since you are more than likely using one of those anyway, it can be in your contacts list. This can be achieved with any e-mail client. When you create mail, select that group from your contacts as the recipient(s)
You still didn't specify what e-mail system you use, ie, a client, or a web based system.
If you simply want to copy-n-paste them into the "to" address bar (why I don't know, it seems more difficult that way), then open notepad, and type out the addresses, followed by a semi-colon, or a comma after each address, and save-as whatever you'd like, then copy-n-paste it to whatever "to" Cc", or "Bcc".
