Paste plain text in Powerpoint (or any other Windows program)

I had problems with writing a macro to paste as plain text in Power
Point. Using:
Edit -> Paste Special -> Unformatted Text
was a hassle.

It was recommended on a forum to use PureText by Steve Miller
http://www.stevemiller.net/puretext/
but it is limited somewhat in the ability to map a keystroke to it.

This is a utility (not a shell extension, but an executable) that
allows a shortcut key or keystroke to be mapped to a "paste as
unformatted text" or "paste as plain text" function. It runs with an
icon placed on the taskbar and is a very simple utility. I give it
***** rating! Many thanks to the Russian who wrote it. His email
bounced.
