paste outlook contact as text

You should be able to paste a contact into an email or document as text so
that folks who receive the file will not need Outlook to see the contact info

Save the contact as a vcard and send that instead.

No good for AOLers or for instances where I only want to send some
information (e.g. just email and phone). You CAN paste as text into Word,
then copy back and paste as text into an email, but thats a bit awkward...
