Paste options

When I copy a paragragh from a document and paste it in a page I am building
in FP2003 it strings out all the way across the screen and beyond. It
expands the table cell I paste into very wide.

It keeps defaulting to "Keep source formatting". I have to keep changing
it to "Keep text only".

How do I change the paste option's default and set the parameter to "Keep
text only"?

Thanks, but that adds steps. Is there a way to change the FP setting so it
knows to Keep text only"?

Yes, it doesn't seem to make much sense. Which is probably why they
did it that way.
