Hello,

I'm using PPT 2007, I would like to paste an excel table or object (jpg /
bmp) into note page as supplmentary note. I've tried to use "paste special",
but it doesn't work. Please advise if anyone know the trick, thanks.

Billy

Hi Billy

Try using Paste Special when in Notes Page View rather than in the notes
section of the Normal View.

Thank you both... it's very helpful

Inserting pictures as objects is generally a bad idea unless there's some
special reason for doing that way.

But just go to View | Notes page then Insert | Picture
Choose your picture and there you go.

For the Excel stuff, go to the notes page then Paste, Special.

If you don't see Excel Worksheet Object on the list of available paste types, go
back to Excel and copy your table data again. There's some kind of fool bug
that sometimes prevents it from working. Second or third try's almost always
charmed.
