Paste Command in Internet Explorer is Grayed out

I would like to upload to my FTP server ( I have all
permissions) Using Internet Explorer. When I Right-click,
the Paste command is not available. (It's grayed out). I
have tried repairng IE but it says that is fine. Pleas
Help!!

If you want to upload something to your ftp-server then you'll need a
ftp program like:
FTP Voyager:
http://www.ftpvoyager.com/

or CuteFTP:
http://www.cuteftp.com/cuteftp/compare.asp
