Here's an article that may help:
http://www.compukiss.com/sandyclassroom/tutorials/article787.htm

You may find it easier to buy one of the "For Dummies" series books. I
think the name is unfortunate (just because you don't know something
like computers doesn't mean you are a dummy), but they are quite good.
Another thing that my clients find useful is to schedule a personal
training session, so you may want to look around your area for
something like that.

i hope your keyboard supports ctrl key + c for copy operation, ctrl key + x
for cut operation and ctrl key + v for paste operation...

Select what you wnt to copy with the mouse, and press Ctrl-C. Put the mouse
cursor where you want to paste it, and press Ctrl-V.

If that doesn't help, for more help post back with more specific information
about exactly what you want to copy and paste.

Paste: Ctrl-V
Copy: Ctrl-C
Want to give a little context for your question?

You've got if backwards. It is Copy first then Paste in wherever directory
you want to put the file or folder.
