Passwords

I tried to log onto my account today and it is now
telling me that I have a password. I never set up a
password in the first place, so therefore, how would I
know what the password is?? The hint question for all
three of my screens is the same hint question......
How do you get to the Internet? Well, since I didnt
create the password in the first place, I don't know the
answer to this question!! Does anyone know the answer to
this question????? So I can figure out what the password
is without having to completely reset my computer....
