Hi;
I work for a gov't contractor on a miltary base in Kabul, Afghanistan. I was
brought here to transfer their inventory data from Excel spreadsheets to an
Access 2003 database I may have to build. There is a shell DB already built,
but the soldier who built it was re-deployed, took the password with him, and
is no longer contactable. No one here is able to utilize this shell as no one
knows how to get into it. Is there any way we can access this DB, as it
would save me from having to build a new one from scratch. Please respond.
Thanks.
Nick Jury.

Assuming that user-level security has been invoked, unless you have the
username and password then you won't be able to get in without using some
third-party utility to break the security. There are plenty of them around,
some free AIUI. Google is your friend.
