Everytime I log into mail I have to enter my IPS passwords even though these
are already entered on my email accounts. Why is thi, can I stop it?

Do you have "Remember password" checked?

Which antivirus are you using?

I'm having the same problem. I can update my acount with the password, and
check remember, but the password box will be blank the next time I look at
the account.

I was able to corrert this problem by running an error checking scan, also
known as dskchk. Right click C drv in computer (was my computer in XP) then
properties, tools, check now, then select automatically fix file sys errors.

After restart the passwords in mail accounts were saved as usual.

Uncheck all the boxes that say "store password" CLose mail program down.
Reopen mail program and then hit send/recieve mail. It will ask you for your
password and info. At that time select save creditials. Thats it. Will save
even after reopening the mail program
