Passwords stored using reversible encryption - how?

Hi

The whole deal of storing passwords using reversible encryption may
come in handy on a task I'm working on.

I'm wondering how to read/decrypt them ! Presumably, they're lightly
encrypted, but I can't turn up anything on google or whatever, and
MSDN search appears to be a joke these days...

Code sample or URL anyone?

Yes, I'm aware it's a risk and such - but these risks will be offset
by other means.

Any suggestions?
