Passwords on Folders

Can anyone tell me how to place a password on one of my
desktop folders?

Surely it isn't too complicated, but I can't figure out
how.

W2K does not have password protection for folders. Instead it has ntfs
permissions and EFS encryption for very sensitive data. A user can not
access a folder unless it has proper ntfs permissions. If you look into EFS,
be sure to understand it thoroughly, including how to back up your
certificate/private key, before implementing it. --- Steve
