I've created a Warranty DB and wish to have an administrator that can do
anything within the DB and have a small group (>5) that can only READ and
Print the reports. I have a switchboad created with 2 buttons titled REPORTS,
and GRAPHS. I would like the non-administrator group to ONLY have access to
these 2 buttons or their functions. I'm not even sure where to start. I've
read Chapter 14 - Securing your application, from the Access book that came
with the program. I think I understand, but would like some clearer
instructions.
How so I set this up for only the Administrator to have access to everything?
How do I only allow the Switchboard items titled REPORTS and GRAPHS to be
accessable to the small group of users?
Thanks in advance for the assist.
