passwords dont work any more

my autocomplete doesnt keep my username and passwords to
sites i visit anymore. I have to reenter them every time.
I have made sure it is set to do this but it still isnt
working.

Those articles won't apply exactly if the user has XP.
For example, Use inline AutoComplete for Windows Explorer
doesn't exist in it! rsabase.dll doesn't exist in it!
