Keep getting enter user name and password and when i enter them the same
message keeps coming up. tried all the passwords i could use too.
 
I have the same problem, have norton antivirus deleted, but still coming up
the same message in a window . did you find a solution. I can not put
password in settings
 
Careful with the use of that word "deleted." I trust you used the
proper uninstall feature instead of merely deleting some files.
If you still have a problem after uninstalling Norton AV, then
create that mail account from scratch (Tools, Accounts, New),
then delete the old account. Try Send/Receive again. Does it
work now?
