Hi,

When I am logged in to my computer, does a remote hacker need to know my
password in order to enter my PC, or he could just enter without knowing my
password since I am already logged in?

Thanks

It depends on the security you have in place and how you connect to the
Internet.

Possibly but not necessarily. It has nothing to do with the fact that you
are logged on. For instance if you are using XP Home and have file sharing
enabled and have a share with permissions for everyone for both folder and
share permissions then anonymous users could possibly connect. A properly
configured firewall would block such access. A more likely scenario is if
you have a Trojan installed on your computer that can act as a backdoor for
your computer and could also possibly capture keystrokes to try and capture
your password or other sensitive information to send to a remote user.
