My PC (OS Win.XPPro) is still warning me on bootup that my Password will
expire in one day and do I want to change it, although I firstly changed the
Passwordonce and I was still having this warning, so I removed the
Passwordaltogether, but I still get the same notice!
How do I get rid off this message and what will happen in one day - will I
lose access to my PC completely?

Start
Run
Type "lusrmgr.msc" without the quotes
Enter
Expand users
Right click your account
Select properties
Tick Password Never Expires
Click okay
Exit

No you won't lose access to your PC.
