At the installation of windows xp home you are asked to
enter a password. I was having trouble with my windows
program and tried to use the recovery console to repair
but I could not enter without that password.
Unfortunately I don't remember the password. Is there any
way to find the password or change it?

password offline.

Newsflash at 2004-01-16:

Support for easy change of RecoveryConsole parameters (one of
them tells RecoveryConsole to NOT ask for admin password).
