Password

My 12 year old changed his password and fogot it. When
widows is booting up and the It states Administrator, then
the next box asks for his password. We cannot get passes
that point, therfore we cannot use his computer. Both
systems are Dells with Windows Professional. Dell stated
that its a Microspoft issue and there is no solution in
the Dell manual. Any suggestions??? Thanks
