Password

I put a password on a file several years ago. I have not opened that file in
more than 3 years and no longer remember the password. Is there any way of
opening that file or is it lost to me?

And be aware that a lot of these sites are loaded with virii and illegal
versions of software. You take your chances when visiting the sites.
