Hi,

I have just loaded Outlook 2000 on this machine, and have
run all the service packs. I have two email accounts,
when I set them up, I clicked on save passwords, and
entered them. Every time I return to the account setup
screen, the password field is blank. When I send/receive
messages, it asks me for my password, which I enter, and
click save password.

For some reason, my password does not want to be saved.
What can I do?

Thank you,
Stuart

Thanks Mike. That was close, I just could not find the
right article, as I am running Outlook 2000 SP-3, on
Windows XP, and Outlook 2000 nor XP were not mentioned.

Do you know where else I may find the info?

Thanks again,
Stuart
