Password & Secret Question

hi ya this is my boyfriends email address i am writing to
say that my hotmail account (e-mail address removed) i cant
remember the password as well as the answer for the
security question, so i cant get in i really dont want to
lose my account i was wondering if you could help me get
in. please do reply to my boyfriends email address

me thinks the girlfriend wants to access the boyfriends email to check up on
