Password saving

Hi all,
Windows Mail won't save passwords for my email accounts. Each time I open
Windows Mail it asks me for the name and passwords (yes I do have it checked
to save my password). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Delete the mail account, reboot and then remake the account from scratch.
That usually worked in OE.
 
So far there is no fix for this problem. The people complaing keeps growing.
I'm going to imagine that it will be registry hack to fix this problem.

I deleted the accounts and started from scratch. That did the trick.

I have been using Vista since it came out without too much problem. But as
of yesterday I too am having that problem now. Have not done any changes,
it just started asking for password when I went to check email. Same
happens with the newsgroup I have to have password for.

It has happened to me also. Started in the last couple of days.
Were there a automatic "Microsoft Patch" downloaded in the last few days?
