Password reset diskette for multiple user accounts

Hi all,
I would like to create PW reset information for **all** accounts on **one**
computer on a single diskette. Any hint how to do that?
 
A Windows XP password reset diskette is designed for your local user
account only.

A Computer Administrator can reset the password of any other user
account from Control Panel > User Accounts. A Limited user account can
change only their own password.

Therefore, a password reset diskette is only needed if you forget the
password on your own account, whether a Computer Administrator or a
Limited user.

Depending on how you want to look at it - you don't or you create one for a
single administrative user account and use that account ot reset the others
once you get into it.

Know if there are encrypted files involved - this can go *very bad*.
