Password protection for windows mail

I use windows mail on windows vista. My son and oher visitors often use my
lap top and I want to password protect windows mail to prevent anyone opening
it and reading my mail - can anyone help?

Not possible within the WM Application.

To achieve this on the machine, each person needs to set up an individual
Windows User Account.

Set up a Guest Windows User Account for others to use.
 
Even if you could password protect Windows Mail, the other users would
still have access to your sensitive non-mail documents and pictures.
Logout when you're done using the computer (Winkey+L), then the others
need to use the Windows Guest account.
