[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]
Hello,
This is already the way that password protection behaves in PowerPoint 2002
and PowerPoint 2003 (the two versions of PowerPoint for Windows which have
password protection capabilities). If you do not have the modify password
for a presentation you can open it Read-Only and, in that mode, you will be
able to print the presentation.
