Password protecting individual program....??

I have a program that I am starting from a incon on my
desktop.....I am not concerned with someone starting it
from the directory it is in....nor from start/programs..
I would like to password protect this program....

I am running wondows 98....

I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that allows
this.....or a way to do this.....thank you very much
for any help....sno

crypto-lock can protect any executable with a good password (>= 8 char)
