Is this possible, I know I can restrict entry to stuff by having multiple win XP users but what if I want to restrict/control access to a folder on a portable USB HD?

I don't think that is possible, however you could put all the files on it into a ZIP folder with a password. WinXP opens this just just a normal folder and asks for a password?

Might be a way round it for you :)
