Windows XP Password Protected Files

Hi,

I was told that on XP you can have password protected files, can anyone tell me how to do this?

You can password protect office documents and zips files but you can't password protect files in XP as such. You can however, if you have XP Pro encrypt files so that only your account can read them. Doesn't help much if you someone with a bit of knowledge resets your password but hey who would do something like that?!
