Hello..
I have a database that is password protected. Yesterday
the database became damaged. When I type in the password
at the prompt I get the message the database is damaged
and needs repair. When I click on Yes to repair I get an
additional message the password is not valid. Click again
I get something about the database not being an Access
file and click again I get the invalid password and then
it closes down.
I have recoved backup files going back 4 or 5 days and
continue to get this sequence when trying to repair yet
the first indication of a problem was yesterday. This
database is used heavly daily so im sort of lost as to why
im getting the same error on copies that were working fine
when the backup was made.
Please, any suggestions as to how get around the problem
so I can repair it.
Thank you
