password protect page

I am trying to make a password protected page for my
webpage with my frontpage 2002. I have tried very hard
many different things and nothing works. Please help

If it's just 1 page: create an .ASP page with a login form
that posts to itself and checks the UserName and
Password. Remember, it will only PW-protect that page.

To extend this, set a Session variable to True if the
logon is correct, then check the Session variable on
other 'sensitive' pages.
