I'm finding that a large number of users on my Win2K server/workstation
network change their passwords and then can't log in the next day. There
are just too many of them for it to be that they can't remember their
passwords.

This only happens when they are prompted to change their password b/c their
current one is expiring.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

It's possible that the dc's aren't replicating their information and the
users may log on to a different dc than they changed their password on.
Check the directory service event logs on the dc's.

Hi, yes, I also did a search, but most of those don't seem to apply to me at
all, which is why I was wondering if anyone else had actually had this
problem.
