Password Problems Neopets/Tesco/Norwich Union etc

My daughter is distraught! She can't log in to Neopets any more. Its not a
neopets problem - we can log in from any other computer but not from our
computer! I'm using Firefox plus IE, it works on neither. When we enter the
password its not recognised. I have downloaded (and paid for) RegistryFix,
have used antivirus and ad aware. My PC is running beautifully but still no
joy. Have enabled cookies, tried turning off firewall, pop up blockers and
antivirus to access, but all to no avail, I've also noticed I can't log into
Tesco.com or Norwich Union Ins. Any ideas please - and thankyou.
 
Thankyou for answering my post Neil, no the time is correct. I've allowed
cookies, been into system info, but to no avail. Incidentally, when I visited
Microsoft update, I was told an activeX file would be downloaded but it
didn't appear. I'm also having problems downloading anything on IE. If I want
to download I have to use Firefox. Strange...
