easy to find one with a free trial period, if it's not free

If you email it me i can remove any worksheet or workbook protection.
any other type of passwords i can't.

You can download a simple tool to find the password to open a
protected MS Excel file.
Here is one of many that are readily found by searching Google for
password recovery tools:
