I have a home network with with two computers running Win2K and two
running Win98.
All "see" each other and with the Win2K computers, I can pull files from
the Win98 computers , but I can't do the opposite (there is a request
for a password and none of my commonly used passwords seem to work).
When I try with a Win2K computer to access the other Win2K computer, I
receive a dialog box which looks like this:
Enter Network Password
Incorrect password or unknown username for:
\\Jen\C
( ;\\computer\drive )
Connect As: _______________
Password: _______________
How do I go about resetting things so that I don't need any passwords. I
have given permissions to Everyone under Sharing,Security for all of the
disk drives and I have administrator privileges.
Thanks
