Password on Open

I created a DB and I was fooling around with security and forgot how I set
something. I do remember the password, so it's no problem. I just want to
disable the Logon. When I open the DB, a dialog box opens with "Logon" on
the title bar. My user name is in the "Name" field and I have to type a
password to open the DB. How can I get rid of this so there is no password
to the DB?

HELP!
 
The password needs to be cleared from the Admin user account, not your own
account, in the way that Rick mentioned above.
