Password not accepted

I'm trying to download by saving file as an .AVI file
from a website. Internet Explorer cannot download because
Password not accepted.

Anybody know what causes this and what I can do about it.
I use a password to egt into the site the administrator
says all is well their end.

You Cannot Access Your MSN E-mail Account or Authenticate with a Web Site in
