Password Manager

I realize it defeats the purpose if I (or anyone else) can
view my Password Manager file but how do I delete or
change an entry?

go to control pannel, user accounts. you will see your options. hope that's what you meant

Not really. I'm talking about the password stored for
accessng various websites, not for logging on to the
computer or network.
