Password Manager

when I enter a password on any website or program password manager asks if I want it to remember the password, I click yes but it never remembers it. Password manager does this for everything. It used to work but now it doesn't. This is a real pain in the neck

Does anyone know what went wrong???

One reason for this to happen is when you don't accept the cookie for site
in question.
