Password lost

I am sorry if this question was asked already a million times. I have
forgotten my password and have to open a company worksheet with months of
work? Does anybody knows if there is a way to recover the password?

Yes. There are various websites out there where you can remove/recover
a
lost or forgotten password in a password protected Excel file or
unprotect a spreadsheet/workbook.
